Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Please note that we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for personalized or custom-made products.
Since many of our products are specially produced and customized according to each customer’s preferences, these items are created uniquely for the individual order and cannot be resold.
This includes:
- Name customized products
- Personalized designs
- Custom size requests
- Special order productions
We kindly ask customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@viadela.co.uk with photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Customers
For non-personalized products shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items produced specifically for the customer.
